According to a survey, Mumbai and Bengaluru remained hotspots for employment

According to a TeamLease study, hiring mood is strong for the current quarter in both the manufacturing and services sectors throughout India’s Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.

In order to produce the TeamLease Employment Outlook study, 874 small, medium, and large businesses from 14 service and nine manufacturing industries were questioned. According to the research, the industries with the best prospects for recruiting include e-commerce, telecom, educational services, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and EV and infrastructure.

In Bangalore, Chennai, and New Delhi, around nine out of ten manufacturing enterprises are looking to hire this quarter. According to the report, around nine out of ten businesses in Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai are planning to hire new employees.

According to the report, more than seven out of ten businesses in both sectors are looking to fill positions in Tier 2 cities like Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Gurgaon, Kochi, Coimbatore, and Indore. According to the survey, the majority of firms in the manufacturing and service sectors have hired residents of Tier 2 cities this quarter.

According to Kartik Narayan, CEO of TeamLease Services, elements including favourable governmental legislation and more participation from private parties have contributed to this favourable recruiting climate. He adds that this tendency is anticipated to continue throughout the next quarter.
