An official said on Friday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will talk about “Infrastructure and Investment: Improving Logistics Efficiency with PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan” on Saturday, March 4.
It is one of 12 webinars that the Central government is holding after the Budget to get ideas for how to carry out the plans that were made in the Budget.
The Union Budget sets seven priorities that work well together and serve as the “Saptarishi” who leads us through the “Amrit Kaal.”
The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH), which is the “lead ministry,” is putting on the webinar with the help of the DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, which is the “co-lead ministry.”
The webinar will start with a plenary session and end with a plenary session. In between, there will be three parallel breakout sessions.
During the break-out sessions, ideas will be shared about how to implement and move forward with Budget announcements about infrastructure and investments.
The Ministry of Ports, Shipping, and Waterways will lead the session on “Improving Logistics Efficiency through Multi-Modality and Filling Critical Infrastructure Gaps.” The DPIIT will lead the session on “Planning on PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan,” and the MoRTH will lead the session on “Infrastructure Development and Investment Opportunities.”
Industry leaders and experts like Dhruv Kotak (MD, JM Baxi Group), R. Dinesh (MD, TVS Logistics and CII President-elect), Ashok Sethi (Chairman, Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd), and others are likely to speak at the event.
