There are a lot of people that want to be entrepreneurs but don’t know how to get started. Tapsi Upadhyay, 21, is one such entrepreneur; he goes by the name BTech Pani Puri Wali.

As Upadhyay finished her BTech degree, she immediately went into business for herself. So that she may offer customers something nutritious, she makes air-fried puris for her pani puri stand. Her website suggests that she would like to expand her business by selling healthier versions of traditional street foods.

A highlight tape featuring Upadhyay posted to Instagram recently gained massive attention. Instagram account @are you hungry007 uploaded the clip. The video starts out with Upadhyay setting up her stand and promoting her wares. She goes on to talk about the challenges she faces as a woman. She has graduated from college, yet many still question her decision to sell pani puris, with some even telling her to return home because it is unsafe for a woman to be out and about.
